Or, you can send a money order or cashier's check to the address below - e-mail us first to let us know and to verify the amount to send. You can also send a personal check, but unfortunately we have to wait almost a week for it to clear before we can ship your synth.

Or, just call us at (707) 963-7006 (M-F, 9-6 PST) with your credit card information, though it is probably better to use the Internet order since you can do it any time you want.

We can usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 11:00am PST.

Domestic (USA) Shipping

We ship via UPS ground for a flat $20 shipping and handling fee. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, it will usually arrive in one day. Elsewhere in California it will take 2 days. Shipping time to the remainder of the USA depends on distance, and can take up to 5-7 business days. You also have the option of shipping overnight for $40.

Export Shipping

For Export, there is an additional $40 shipping charge. We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited, and shipping time is 3-5 days. UPS will act as the customs broker, and will deliver the synth directly to your door. You will be responsible for paying the duty and VAT upon delivery.

The duty will usually be 3.7%. The VAT varies by country from under 10% to over 20%! From what we can tell, there can be some variance it the actual amount customs will charge, but the maximum should be the duty plus your VAT.

For sales to Canada, the shipping cost is also $40.00 US for UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping. Though we could ship by ground, the broker charges would then get added, and the cost would be about the same as express, so this way you get it fast for about the same cost.

The Evolvers will work just about anywhere in the world - check specifications for details on the power supply. The Poly Evolvers comes with a Euro adaptor. Poly customers in the UK and Australia will need to get AC adaptors locally.

All sales are 100% guaranteed; if you don't like your synth (though I can't imagine that happening!) you can return it within 2 weeks for a full refund as long as it is still in new condition.
